About SATA International
SATA International is an airline based In Sao, Sebastiao, Ponta Delgada, Portugal, which was founded in 1990 as Ocean Air
and started operating from 1991. The airline operates scheduled services to 24 destinations from its base at the Joao Paulo II Airport. It got its current
name in February 1998 and commenced operations in April 1998. The airline is a subsidiary of the SATA Air Acores group and is wholly owned by the group
itself.
