About Polynesian Airlines 
         
          Polynesian Airlines is the national flag carrier of Samoa, with its headquarters in Apia. The airline was founded in 1959 
and started operating from August 1959. It operates scheduled and charter services to 7 destinations from its base at the Fagali’i Airport in Apia. The 
main focus of the airline includes its short haul operations between Sāmoa and American Samoa and on-demand charter services to the big island of Savaii 
and other neighboring island countries such as Niue, Tonga and Wallis & Futuna. The airline is wholly owned by the Government of Samoa.
