About Binter Canarias
Binter Canarias is a regional air carrier based in Telde, Grand Canaria, which was founded in February 1988 and started
operating from March 1989. The airline operates inter-island services in the Canary Islands and scheduled services to Morocco and Portugal from its hubs
at the Gran Canaria Airport, La Palma Airport and Tenerife North Airport. It is currently the only one to operate in the eight airports of the Canaries
with the headquarters at the Gran Canaria Airport. The airline has won the European Regions Airline Association (ERA) Gold Award for the best Airline of
the Year 2010/2011 and was also recognized as Europe’s best regional airline in 2005 and 2010.
